An order will be shipped once the full payment has been received and cleared. The standard processing time is two business days depending on Stock Availability. Delivery time can vary between 3 and 10 days depending on the size of the product ordered. For any specific delivery date, please contact our customer service at 1-866-994-0844 or via email through customerservice@enerstore.ca to confirm date of delivery. Please be aware that to assure quick and simple delivery, we ONLY ship via Fed Ex for Ground package. Please be advised that orders are preceded by a pre-authorisation on your credit card. Once the order is about to be shipped, the charge will be applied on your credit card. Note that if a product is out of stock once we receive your order, no amount will be deducted from your credit card. The amount reserved by the pre-authorisation will be released in 7 days.

International Orders

Currently,  we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please visit us from time to time if you live outside of Canada and the USA.  The shipping charge does NOT include additional taxes or brokerage fees. Usually, these charges are to be paid to the carrier upon reception. If, for any reason, a customer refuses the delivered package, he will be charged the shipping cost for the delivery and return.

Order Status

Once the product has been shipped,  the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If the customer needs support in tracking his package, he can contact EnerStore Customer Service at 1-866-994-0844 or via email at customerservice@enerstore.ca or he can contact the Courier Company (Fed Ex or Purolator) with tracking number in hand.


Back Order

If an ordered product is not available, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available, while keeping informing the customer of any delays.

Tax

Products sold throughout Canada are subject to 5% GST, except in the Maritimes and Ontario. These customers are subject to the 13% HST Tax. All items purchased and shipped into Quebec will also be charged
8,5% QST tax. Please note that all books are exempt from provincial tax.

All orders shipped to the United States are not subject to the taxes mentioned. However, you will be charged your own Sales Tax with the exception Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon (please visit Wikipedia to see if your state is subject to sales tax). Importing fees may be charged during delivery. These charges vary based on the destination and product delivered.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 1-866-994-0844. We will check the status of your order and make any required changes. If the order has already been shipped, please see the return policy below. EnerStore reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason once it has been received. EnerStore can also require additional information before accepting or cancelling your order. If for any reason, an order is cancelled after being charged, EnerStore will apply the credit on the original method of payment within the next 24 business hours.

Risk of Loss

EnerStore will ensure the package's departure from its warehouse. However the ownership of the product and risk of loss become's the customer's responsibility once the item is sent to the courier for delivery. EnerStore will provide an estimated delivery date. However, EnerStore/EnerFinder cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or damages due to exceptional events such as Acts of Government (whether it be Federal, Local, Provincial, States), acts of God, fires, floods, acts of public enemy, strikes, lockouts or even freight embargos.

Return Policy
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components, and a restocking fee representing 25% of product sale's price will be applied. If the box has been opened, it must be possible to reseal it.  If the product is damaged or any components are missing, EnerStore reserves the right to refuse any refund or accept to refund with additional charges to be determined. EnerStore custom Kits are non refundable. To return a defective product, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and any additional charges that may apply like brokerage. The customer must contact the EnerStore Customer Service 1-866-994-0844 or via customerservice@enerstore.ca to request a Return Merchandise  Authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 30 days ONLY, starting on the day the number was given.  This number will need to be clearly indicated on the returning package. The customer must use a courier company that can provide proof of delivery. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed. This delay begins once the customer has transferred the package to the Courier service. This delay covers:


We will send you an Email to notify you that the package was received and a refund was applied. If a mistake was made by an EnerStore employee, we will be responsible for the return charges.  If a Promotional product has been purchased, but was however defective, we will refund the price paid during the promotion (even if the promotion is over). The reimbursement will be applied to the original payment method(EX: If an order was paid via Credit Card, we refund via Credit Card).

Warranty Policy

EnerStore is a Distributor ONLY. Any product sold through the EnerStore web store is covered by the product's warranty provided by the Original Manufacturer (where applicable). In case of a technical problem with your product upon reception or during installation, we strongly recommend that you contact the Manufacturer of the product directly so they can either repair or replace your unit. The customer is responsible for returning any defective product and will use only reputable carriers able to provide proof of delivery and insurance for the product.

Liability/Language

Since some of our Products are from the United States of America, it is possible that all available literature included in the packaging, as well as the packaging itself, is NOT available in both French and English.
