Orders
An order will be shipped once the full payment has been received and cleared. The standard processing time is two business days depending on stock availability. Delivery time can vary between 3 and 10 days depending on the size of the product ordered. For any specific date delivery, please contact our customer service at 1-866-994-0844 or via e-mail through customerservice@enerstore.ca to confirm date of delivery. Please be aware that to ensure quick and simple delivery, we ship ONLY via Fed Ex for ground packages. Please be advised that orders are preceded by a pre-authorisation on your credit card. Once the order is about to be shipped, the charge will be applied on your credit card. Note that if a product is out of stock once we receive your order, no amount will be deducted from your credit card. The amount reserved by the pre-authorisation will be released in 7 days.
International Orders
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please visit us from time to time if you live outside of Canada and the USA. The shipping charge does NOT include additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees. Usually, those charges are to be paid to the carrier upon reception. If, for any reason, a customer refuses the delivered package, they will be charged the shipping cost for the delivery and return.
Order Status
Once the product has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a shipment tracking number. If the customer needs support in tracking his package, he can contact EnerStore Customer Service at 1-866-994-0844 or via e-mail at customerservice@enerstore.ca or he can also contact the courier company with tracking number in hand.

Back Order
If an ordered product is not available, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available, while keeping the customer informed of any delays.
