Return Policy
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components. If the box has been opened, it must be resealable. There will be 25% restoking fee applied to the refund. If the product is damaged or any components are missing, EnerStore reserves the right to refuse any refund or to refund with additional charges to be determined. EnerStore custom kits are non refundable. To return a defective product, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and any additional charges that may apply, such as brokerage. The customer must contact the EnerStore Customer Service 1-866-994-0844 or via customerservice@enerstore.ca to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 30 days ONLY, starting on the day the number was given. This number must be clearly indicated on the returning package. The customer must use a courier company that can provide proof of delivery. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed. This delay begins once the customer has transferred the package to the courier service. This delay covers:
We will send you an e-mail to notify you that the package was received and a refund was applied. If a mistake was made by an EnerStore employee, we will be responsible for the return charges. If a promotional product has been purchased, but was defective, we will refund the price paid during the promotion (even if the promotion is over). The reimbursement will be applied to the original payment method (EX: If an order was paid via credit card, we refund via credit card).
